    Job Description

    Corporate Senior Associate / Legal Director role with a leading Birmingham law firm, highly respected and leaders in their field.

    Following a key senior hire last year and continued focus and development of the corporate team, we are working exclusively with this Birmingham practice as they search for a genuine number 2 in the team.

    You will have 5+ years pqe of corporate law experience and be keen to advise on a range of work including M&A, MBO's, company reorgs, PE work, wider governance and transactional matters.

    You will enjoy leading from the front, driving strategy, building profile and coaching. You will be supported by an experienced, well-regarded, ambitious Head of Department who is very focused on developing others and keen to hire and develop the next partner.
