Responsibilities:

Manage legal disrepair cases efficiently and effectively.
Handle damp and structural issues, ensuring appropriate resolutions.
Oversee works from specification through to postinspection, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Maintain an organised approach to managing own calendar and caseload.
Primarily officebased with occasional use of pool cars.

Requirements:

Experience in managing legal disrepair cases, ideally with a surveying qualification (not essential).
Strong understanding of damp and structural issues.
Previous experience in social housing is advantageous but not essential.
Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Salary:
Up to £31.89 per hour
