    Job description:


    Role
    We're looking for 2 x Debt Advisors to deal with the outstanding debt and action the debt recovery processes.


    Responsibilities

    You will be responsible for:

    • Collection of unpaid levies or fines outstanding in line the Debt Recovery processes including inbound and outbound calling.
    • Resolution of debtor queries received through various channels within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
    • Deal with Hardship requests and payment plans.
    • Deal with reviews of cases and any associated write offs.
    • Dealing with payments, reconciliations, and banking processes.

    Person specification:


    Essential and Desirable Criteria

    • Knowledge of all aspects of Debt Recovery
    • Experience of invoicing and banking processes and functions as well as reconciliations
    • Experience of dealing with inbound calls in a Debt Recovery function
    • Sales ledger experience including reconciliation of payments.
    • Ability to resolve complicated queries
