Are you an experienced, dynamic, empathetic HR Assistant looking for a new, exciting opportunity?

If so, we have an exciting role, that maybe perfect for you.

We are working with a fantastic client based in Derby who are looking to hire a HR Assistant who will be working within the HR team, supporting and dealing with ER cases alongside supporting with HR administration.

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

Experience of working within a busy, HR team environment
Experience of supporting and dealing with ER cases
Be comfortable working in a fast, ever changing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Within this position, you'll also be:

Supporting the successful recruitment of new employees into the organisation
Assisting the HR Manager with any early level ER cases that occur throughout the business
Working alongside managers on time and attendance issues and queries
Managing resignations and exit interviews
Providing excellent HR support where required

Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependant on experience

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week
