    Description

    Field Service Engineer Based near Belfast our client supplies capital equipment and heavy plant to a range of clients across Northern Ireland.

    They are now looking to add an additional Field Service Engineer to their team.

    With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, the successful Field Service Engineer will carry out routine maintenance and repair work on a range of heavy plant on clients premises.

    Manufacturers specific training will be provided as required.


    Responsibilities:
    Travelling to client sites to troubleshoot and repair equipment Conducting routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance Documenting service activities, including repairs and maintenance tasks Responding promptly to service requests and resolving issues efficiently Prepare machines for sale when required


    Criteria:
    Experience servicing, diagnosing, and repairing heavy plant and/or access equipment. Customer focused and committed to delivering a high quality of service.

    Computer literate Good communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently to resolve customer issues Able to work using own initiative and organised.

    Flexible with the ability to respond well to change and pressure. Clean driving licence.


    Hours of Work:
    Monday
    • Friday 8.
    00 am pm In return you will be offered an hourly rate of £21-23 /hr plus benefits including overtime, healthcare and pension. Holidays increase with length of service. Company van will be provided.
