Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

This is a permanent opportunity to work as an Office Manager for a scale up organisation that provides benefit management solutions for growing organisations.

Our client has a unique and positive office culture and is seeking an individual with a minimum of6 months experience in a support role manging high volumes of work.


Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Support the Co-Founders and wider leadership team with various administrative duties, including diary management, meeting room bookings and other ad hoc tasks
  • Assist with various projects in People Operations, such as onboarding and offboarding of employees, organising company equipment, responding to daytoday queries from the team, HR Administrator and so on
  • Overall be the goto person for various needs for the wider team, supporting the wider company to operate efficiently
  • Proactively manage, look after, and maintain the office environment
  • Manage office access for employees and visitors
  • Take ownership of team socials, supporting Team Leads with organising their quarterly socials whilst working with the People & Talent Lead to organise wider company events

Office Manager Essentials:

  • Experience ordering deliverables and managing stakeholders
