Description

Account Executive required for our Colchester-based marketing client where you will play an integral role in maintaining and building relationships with their trade customers.

In your role as Account Executive, you will be working in the company's busy sales,fun, fast-paced team liaising with existing and new trade customers and providing them with excellent service.

Our client has a fantastic team and a lovely office environment.

This role would be ideal for someone with a few years of customer service experiencelooking for a new position where you can progress and be trained to become an accomplished Account Executive.

The role

Building relationships with trade customers
Liaising daily with customers & suppliers in the UK and throughout Europe
Keeping Customers updated with their Orders.
Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets
Making customers aware of any new products or offers
Maintain effective communication and support with the other team members
Provide professional customer service levels always
Ensure customer queries and problems are dealt with promptly
Working hours are Monday
Friday 9am 5pm

The Person

Previous strong customer service experience
Are keen and motivated
Able to work under pressure
Must be proactive with ability to use own initiative
Professional telephone manner
Team player
Excellent communication skills
