Reporting to the Electrical Services Director, you will be responsible for buying out projects within budget. You will raise and issue purchase orders and liaise with suppliers, building relationships and ensuring best service and prices. You will work with the Pre-construction Team to ensure all relevant information is received.


Your main responsibilities will include:

• Create & issue procurement/delivery schedules
• Raise and issue purchase orders to subcontractors
• Negotiate and maintain price lists with suppliers
• Ensure a reliable supply of high-quality materials at competitive prices to support seasonal and often irregular production volumes

You will come from an Electrical buying background and be able to demonstrate at least 1-3 years' experience with trade contractor (preferable).

You will have good knowledge of forms of contract JCT / T&C's and be able to effectively maintain relationships with suppliers & sub-contractors.
