    SALARY: £51,800 per year

    Join Our Engineering Team:

    The Engineering team works around the clock to maintain assets in fulfillment and manufacturing, ensuring optimal efficiency in operations.

    Shifts: Days/Nights Panama Pattern

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support for maintenance across the plant to resolve live plant issues efficiently
    • Focus on proactive fault prevention and continuous improvement to meet maintenance targets
    • Contribute to developing the Plant PPM program and implement RCA skills for predictive maintenance
    • Conduct root cause analysis reports on engineering stoppages
    • Support health and safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Utilize modern techniques like TPM, RCA, RCM, and FMEA for reliability
    • Coach and assist operators in developing their skills
    • Support project activities and change initiatives
    • Ensure compliance with design specifications and maintenance contracts
    • Maintain accurate records using the CMMS system
    • Drive continuous improvement in collaboration with various departments

    Role Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical engineering experience in an FMCG environment
    • ONC/equivalent qualifications with an electrically biased profile and mechanical skills
    • 17th/18th edition knowledge preferred
    • Experience with PLC servo drive diagnostics
    • Good understanding of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic controls
    • Strong focus on plant reliability and continuous improvement
    • High level of health and safety awareness
    • Results-oriented mindset with a drive for personal and process improvements
