    NPD Project ManagernGreater London – Hybridn£50,000 - £57,000 + Car Allowance + Package


    The Advocate is partnered with a growing leader within the drinks industry seeking a seasoned and ambitious NPD Project Manager to lead groundbreaking initiatives.

    This is an unparalleled opportunity to collaborate with a global powerhouse and play a pivotal role in driving new product development success.


    Key Responsibilities:

    nCommercialisation process enablement, cross-functional integration, risk mitigation, project portfolio consolidation.nResponsible for project delivery, process, governance, and reporting.nCollaborate with Commercialization Controller on Innovation projects for growth in the UK market.nManage Brand-led projects, Retailer Own Label initiatives, and supports supply chain and procurement projects.nCross-functional collaboration across UK&I sites and global colleagues/suppliers.nEnsure project compliance through commercialization and the stage/gate process.nManage input from all functions for effective decision-making during commercialization meetings.nAccountable for on-time, in-full delivery of projects from Gate 2 to 5 and post-launch review.nFocus on process enablement, driving innovation projects, and owning timelines.nSupervises and reports progress, issues, risks, and compliance to plan in a timely manner.


    Your Profile:

    nProven Project Management experience within an NPD/Commercialisation setting within the FMCG industry.nAbility to manage multiple projects, with strong prioritisation and time management skills.nSense of urgency, ability to multitask, attention to detail but also ability to see the bigger picture.

    nCommercial acumennAbility to communicate and articulate efficiently with strong influencing skillsnFormal project management qualification
