Description
Electricity North West is looking for an Apprentice Business Administrator to join an inclusive and collaborative Apprenticeship team in Blackburn.
As an Apprentice Business Administrator, your role will be to complete the business administration apprenticeship while learning to provide support for the effective running of the Electricity North West Training Academy apprenticeship programme.
In your first few weeks in this Apprentice Administrator role, you can expect to:
- Working with apprentice programme managers to ensure all business-wide apprentices follow their learning journey, are booked on courses, attend, and then are tracked throughout the programme
- Organise the training of all apprentices in line with training academy requirements and availability
- Invite and ensure attendance of all training by all apprentices where applicable
- Book courses with external providers.
- Have Maths and English GCSE level C (4) or above
- Have a full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good timekeeping and attendance
- Selfmotivated and organised with excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
