St Margaret's Hospice Care has a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team. This role is based in Taunton. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £32,413 per annum.

Main duties of the job
Based within our patient focused IPU team, you will play a key role by delivering nursing care that is patient-centred and holistic. This is a role where you will really be given the time and space to get to know the people you support .
Our service operates 24/7 and shift patterns include weekends and bank holidays and rotation onto night duty. We offer flexibility in shift patterns plus the opportunity to gain experience in other areas of hospice care, including community.
From day 1,you will be fully supported in post with a robust and in-depth Induction, peer support and shared learning, and our new Clinical Skills Program. We have a fantastic education team and all our CPD is delivered onsite at the hospice. With a wide range of courses, learning opportunities, and personalised development pathways, we'll support you to grow and succeed in your role, helping you to achieve your career aspirations.
We also offer Preceptorship Support Programmes to newly qualified nurses and are committed to supporting all staff in their career journey with us through personal development and rotational opportunities. Previous hospice or palliative care experience is not required as full training and support will be provided.
