Description
Warehouse ManagerReporting into the senior leadership team, you will oversee a warehouse team and ensure day to day KPI's are met.
You will work Monday to Friday day shift, with some flexibility required in line with business needs.Drive and maintain efficient productivity across the Warehouse function, ensuring all KPI's are adhered to.
Execute daily workload including labour resource planning and collaborate with stock control team.
Liaise with relevant customer base including virtual and face to face meetings to update on progress.
Promote safety-first culture across the Warehouse function and engage with H&S team to address any issues.
Collaborate with other Warehouse Managers in the network to share best practice and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain WMS, ensuring data is accurate and invoices to customers are raised appropriately.
Proven experience in a Warehouse management role, with history of leading teams and developing people.
High attention to detail with focus on quality of work.
