Who you'll be working for:

Creating original and innovative soft toys in London since 1999, Jellycat continues to combine luxurious fabrics with designs that are sometimes quirky, sometimes cute but always with a little something different that makes them stand out from the crowd


What's in it for you:


The apprentice gain experience of working closely with and supporting the IT Service team in day-to-day mandatory tasks across head office and our warehousing locations.


You will be responsible for:


  • Helping quickly resolve service requests from end users
  • Fixing and moving PCs and printers
  • Data entry in relation to IT system support
  • Assisting IT Service members with tasks
  • Shipping and procuring IT equipment
  • Patching and cabling across IT estate
  • Supporting AV systems in meeting rooms
  • System performance checks and auditing
  • Monitoring daily backup and security routines
  • Deploying IT improvement projects to deliver a better service and reduced costs to the business.

You will need the following skills:

  • Good customer service skills
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Good understanding of PC hardware
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Quick learner
  • Interested and able to work efficiently with different IT Systems
  • Great at multitasking
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Entry requirements:

The entry requirements for this Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme are as follows:

  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.


Working week:

37.5 hours per week

QA's apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.


To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
