Who you'll be working for:

Creating original and innovative soft toys in London since 1999, Jellycat continues to combine luxurious fabrics with designs that are sometimes quirky, sometimes cute but always with a little something different that makes them stand out from the crowd

What's in it for you:

The apprentice gain experience of working closely with and supporting the IT Service team in day-to-day mandatory tasks across head office and our warehousing locations.

You will be responsible for:

Helping quickly resolve service requests from end users
Fixing and moving PCs and printers
Data entry in relation to IT system support
Assisting IT Service members with tasks
Shipping and procuring IT equipment
Patching and cabling across IT estate
Supporting AV systems in meeting rooms
System performance checks and auditing
Monitoring daily backup and security routines
Deploying IT improvement projects to deliver a better service and reduced costs to the business.

You will need the following skills:

Good customer service skills
Proficient in Word and Excel
Good understanding of PC hardware
Ability to learn quickly
Strong attention to detail
Proven customer service skills
Quick learner
Interested and able to work efficiently with different IT Systems
Great at multitasking
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Entry requirements:

The entry requirements for this Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme are as follows:

GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

37.5 hours per week
