    Folio is a boutique recruitment agency recognised as a trusted specialist in the interior design and interior product community.

    We have been retained buy a leading studio within luxury sector to support the hiring of a Middleweight Interior Architect/Designer.

    The main focus of this position is to work collaboratively with the project team on prestigious hospitality and residential projects worldwide.

    The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from initial concept through to on-site installation.

    With an outstanding design sensibility for presentation there will be emphasis on the production of documentation for interior architecture and joinery details.

    This role would suit someone who delves into the details but also wants to maintain rounded experience with assisting with the creative narrative and elements of FF&E.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a studio that is dedicated to providing designers with a nurturing environment for growth, offering competitive salaries, benefits, and hybrid work options.


    Skills & Experience:


    Eligibility to work in the UK is essentialDegree qualification in Interior Architecture, Interior Design requiredShowcase a portfolio illustrating project experience within the luxury sector for hospitality, hotels, and commercial residentialDemonstrate strong proficiency in producing detailed design packagesPossess basic knowledge of building regulations and restrictionsHave experience in sourcing and documenting FF&E and/or selecting and documenting interior architectural finishesProficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe CSEnsure timely completion and accuracy of all workDemonstrate initiative and take ownership of assigned tasksExhibit good interpersonal and communication skillsCollaborate effectively within a team, displaying flexibility and enthusiasmTo learn more about this studio who is ready to interview and hire immediately, please apply via LinkedIn or send a PDF copy of your CV to with the subject line: Middleweight Interior Architect.
