- Full adherence to health, safety, and environmental procedures, taking ownership of the safety, delivery, and quality of the work performed.
- Timely and accurate documentation of information related to completed and ongoing jobs on the Toughbook.
- Commencing work only when completely satisfied that all potential risks have been eliminated or minimised.
- Maintaining polite and professional interactions with colleagues, customers, and the public to minimise the need for escalation.
- Collaboration in incident, accident, or damage investigations.

A full UK driving licence, coupled with hands-on experience in the water industry. Additionally, having a Blue Card and proficiency in Service Laying would be advantageous. An NRSWA Streetworks ticket, along with sought-after qualifications like Abrasive Wheels, Cat and Genny, and Machine tickets, are highly desirable.
