One of our FTSE 250 clients is looking for a
PMO Planner to organise the current bid management from an IT perspective, to ensure the service meets the clients' requirements.


Role:
PMO Planner


Contract: 6 months initially

Day Rate:
£350-400pd outside IR35


Location:

London (Hybrid role, with one day a week in the office), limited travel to Manchester 1-2 times a month.



The hiring manager describes the role as:
"A critical role to organise the bids currently in process to ensure all bids are reviewed and executed on time. This role requires a meticulous individual with excellent organisational skills due to an ambiguous environment within an immature bid management process."

Key Requirements:

Demonstrable experience as a PMO with excellent organisational skills, bid management organisation experience is preferable:

  • Strong technical background with a full understanding of what change agents are responsible for different stages of processes/ programmes
  • Exceptional organisational skills; having had experience arranging and managing multiple timelines at once
  • A proven track record of communicating and working collaboratively with key stakeholders;

Key Responsibilities:


  • Organise and manage the demand from the Bids Team to IT
  • Work with key business and IT stakeholders to ensure a successful delivery across strict timelines
  • Responsible for
    managing project budgets, key timelines and milestones.


This is an
initial 6 month contract outside IR35, with travel to their London office once a week, and limited travel to Manchester once or twice a month.
