Our client is a leading firm of chartered accountants and business advisors.
They are now looking for a recently qualified Audit Seniorto join the business and support the provision of effective audit services to the company's clients - includingcharities and education academies.

About the role
This position would suit a motivated and professional individual, looking to take a more senior role.

Reporting to the Manager and senior team, theAudit Senior will be the client-facing lead for audit assignments undertaken by the team.

Key aspects of the role include:

Undertaking the day-to-day tasks for client audit assignments;
Communicating effectively with clients in person and in writing, and working to understand their differing needs;
Supporting the work of junior staff to ensure jobs are completed to a high standard of accuracy and client care;
Providing insight and ideas into improving processes, or resources to more effectively support clients;
Demonstrating an understanding of the broader work of other departments in the firm and be able to identify opportunities to provide further services to clients.

The person will be methodical and organised, with good communication skills in person and in writing. They will be ambitious and committed to supporting the business with its goals.
