Training and Development Manager
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Training and Development Manager to join our client based in Addlestone.
The successful Training and Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading training and development within the whole organisation, managing day-to-day training as well as ensuring training is delivered in line with business objectives
  • Work closely with Managers / Team leaders in order to understand the different departments and their training requirements
  • Develop industry leading training program for trainee sales positions
  • Producing materials needed for training programs / sessions using our learning management system.
  • Assisting HR to link succession planning talent management to appropriate training
  • Managing, coordinating and delivering powerful and enjoyable training sessions for staff
  • Regularly keeping in touch with the different stakeholders to make sure the programs created align with expectations as much as possible

About the Training and Development Manager role:

  • Experience in a similar role required
- £40,000 - £50,000 DOE

  • 12month Fixed term contract
  • Performance based bonuses
