Description
We have secured a new contract to conduct health and disability assessments for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in the Southeast of England, London, and East Anglia. This upcoming service, slated for launch in 2024, will span five years. It involves a transition from the current multi-provider setup to a single provider for health and disability assessments across the regions, combining the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Health and Disability Assessment Services (HDAS) contracts into a unified service.
About the Role:
The SDS must possess expertise in a field aligned with business priorities, developing high-quality learning solutions and serving as a knowledge hub and advisor. Collaborating with the Head of Learning Academy and key stakeholders within HAAS, the SDS must align training efforts with business needs, cultivate stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the Learning Academy strategy for consistent service excellence.
Required Experience:
- Substantial L&D experience;
- Proven facilitation skills for diverse audiences in different settings;
- Experience in customizing and delivering learning content;
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and an eagerness to adopt new technologies;
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities;
- Awareness of L&D trends and best practices.
