The Role
Lead Demand Planner, reporting to Planning Manager

We are looking to recruit an experienced Lead Demand Planner to join our planning team.

This is a fast-moving production environment, so we need someone who is used to and FMGC environment and the challenges of planning in such environments.

This is an exciting and a rewarding role, you will be interacting with a variety of departments and managing information that is key to the success of our business.

The Location
Dianthus House, Common Lane, Newport, Brought, East Yorkshire, HU15 2FT

Core Remit

Support the Planning Manager in all planning and operation aspects
Create and maintain shortterm and longterm planning profiles
Collaborate with stake holders to ensure delivery OTIF
Analyse customer orders and forecasts to establish key seasonal trends
Manage the introduction of new product SKUs (NPLs) and the discontinuation of SKUs (delists)

The Offer

Salary:
£32,000 - £36,000 depending on experience

Annual leave: 33 Days inclusive of bank holidays

Core Working Days: 5 in 7* - Normally Mon - Fri with some weekend work required.

Additional hours expected at the business peak periods (Christmas, Valentines, Mother's Day and Easter)

Some hybrid working may be permitted

Core Working Hours: 08:00-16:30*
Essential Skills

2+ years' experience in a similar FMCG background
Track record of working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
Experienced organiser with strong time management and task prioritisation skills
Strong communicator able to work flexibly to deliver the results
Resilient worker, able to adapt to varying situations and learn from their mistakes.
