~ Change Manager ~

Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Change Manager to join our team in the
Regulatory Services department of a local authority in
Cornwall.

As a Change Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and implementing change initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our regulatory services.

You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, developing strategies toaddress them, and working collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

9 to 12 Month agency contract with a view to being extended on an ongoing basis.

Location - Hybrid - mostly remote with some onsite in Cornwall.

Rate of Pay - £361 - £600 per day - Higher rates can be negotiated following a successful interview.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Provide professional and practical support to the Senior Leadership team to enable them to lead on staff consultation design and engagement.
Ensure the development of the Comms & Engagement Plan to include Stakeholder mapping, a behavioural change journey roadmap, and designing cadence, tone, and key messaging.
Behavioural change activities to support staff to look at cross skilling and to potentially take on roles they didn't initially sign up for.
Working with CC HR professionals on rolling out consultation and pay and reward adoption.
Training plan development with senior leadership, and identifying with learning and development colleagues how to implement.
Planning and supporting Consultation with both staff and external parties.
Identify, track, report and embed the project Benefits using CC methodologies and tools in conjunction with the Project Manager.
