- Experience and/or willingness to deliver other activities during our Fun Week provision, such as: Arts n Crafts, Multi-Sports
- Completed appropriate courses at Sixth Form, College or University
- Manage and motivate your team, to ensure they are delivering the programme to a high standard
- Liaise with parents/carers, staffing team and the Directors on a regular basis
- Ensure sessions delivered are challenging, realistic & fun for primary-aged children
- Create a positive learning environment for the children in our care
- Deliver the coaching programme to a high standard consistently.
- Follow our coaching philosophy, ensuring everything we deliver is: Fun, Inclusive & Educational
- To understand the individual needs of the staff and children in our care and challenge/engage them appropriately
- Deal with any first aid/emergency situation
- Approachable in liaising with parents/carers
- To be committed to ensuring every session is delivered to the best of your ability

About the Job:Let's Play are looking for an individual to lead a variety of fun-filled activities and supervise the children at our Fun Week programme in the school holidays at Winchester Sport & Leisure Park, Winchester. This will include keeping the children safe, leading activities and generally ensuring the programme is being delivered to a high standard, catering for all children of mixed ability, aged between 5 and 12 years of age.
The daily programme will include activities delivered from our schedule which aim to have a positive impact on young children. The sessions will range from: Multi-Sports, Performing Arts/Dance, Swimming, Bouncy Castle, Team Games, Esports, Lego Building and Arts n Crafts.
