EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a large estate agency with a network of offices covering South East London to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their busy office based in Lewisham.

Interviews are taking place now with an immediate start available.

Role:

Sales Negotiator
Dealing with new enquiries, registering new applicants and discussing their specific requirements
Discussing the benefits and features of suitable properties and arranging viewings
Negotiating offers and agreeing new sales
Conducting sales progression through to completion
Identifying opportunities to generate new business
Keeping vendors updated on the marketing and feedback for their property
Working closely with the sales team to achieve department targets

Experience/skills required:

Experience in a Sales Negotiator role
Thorough knowledge of the sales process
Driving licence and own car
Great communication skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Benefits/working hours:
- £38k on target earnings pa.
- £18k basic salary pa.

Office commission
Bonus and performance incentives

- £200 per month car allowance

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am 6:00pm, Saturday 8:30am 5:00pm, Sundays 10:00am 4:00pm (Working one Sunday per month, on a week including working Sunday you will have Saturday off work)
