Upload your CV and be the first to applyKinetic Recruitment are currently resourcing for an Office Administrator to join our client on a temp-perm contract.
The role will begin through the agency working on a temporary contract and then after an initial period a permanent contract will be offered by our client.
The role will be based on site in Hartlepool and would suit someone who has worked in a busy office administration role previously.
As Office Administrator your role will include (but not limited to); General office admin support to the site managerDealing with incoming telephone enquiries
Ensure all paperwork on site is kept up to date and in order
Assisting with planning and booking of deliveries and dispatches making sure all documentation is kept up to date and correct
Liaising professionally with colleagues and customers at all levels Skills and Experience
Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Word, Excel etc and the ability to learn no processes easily
Strong numeracy skills
High level of attention to detail and organisation
Availability to work core hours with flexibility to meet operational requirements
