    £185 per day

    Full-time, Temp to permContract length: 12 monthsWe represent a school who have identified a key need for a Teacher of Special Needs who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.

    ResponsibilitiesThe expectations for this role is a Teacher of Special Needs who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.

    The Teacher of Special Needs hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.

    The ideal Teacher of Special Needs for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.

    Qualifications/ExperienceYou must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this Teacher of Special Needs role.

    Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this Teacher of Special Needs job.

    To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a Teacher of Special Needs.
