    Were once again expanding and looking for Seasoned Mortgage & Protection Advisors to jump in with providing a top service to our customers, all from the comfort of your own home.

    As you will know firsthand, mortgaging or remortgaging a property can be a daunting experience for first-time and experienced buyers alike.

    From starter homes to investment properties, youll be there on the end of the phone with the kind of advice that makes property dreams come true.


    Being an Adviser to clients during this ongoing period of uncertainty is not only about offering L&C customers a sense of reassurance, but also about having a role that offers you a steady career path with clear progression.

    As L&C is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), compliance is an important part of this role.

    You need to ensure you deliver advice within strictly defined regulatory rules and guidance, as well as adhering to the internal quality standards L&C has put in place.

    Whats important is that you deliver that perfect balance of outstanding customer care, regulatory adherence, and impressive workload efficiency to exceed your performance targets and KPIs.
