Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional, forward thinking, Clinical Governance Assistant to work within the NHS Golden Jubilee Clinical Risk and Governance department.

This role will support services in the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care.

The post holder will contribute to the team agenda and will will alongside team co-ordinator(s) with ultimate accountability to a manager within the team.


The assistant posts within the team provide administration support to various groups & committees and general team administration to meet team objectives.

The post holder will provide administrative support to relevant hospital committees and administrative support to the team as required.

The two posts will cross cover each other for leave and there will be a need to work across the department in ensuring a robust service.

Educated to EDCL level or equivalent, you will have a business administration and/or information management/technology proficiency. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to communicate with colleagues across the hospital.


You will also have excellent data analysis and data collection skills, and have a demonstrable organisational and time management skills, with an ability to demonstrate the organisations principles of safe, effective and person centeredness.
