- Identify production process issues and apply continuous improvement techniques.
- Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality, and reliability.
- Support Manufacturing Engineers with updating and maintaining work instructions and procedures.
- Develop process improvements to maximize productivity.
- Maintain knowledge of current production best practices and implement them.
- Support the development and implementation of production processes for new products.
- Support process engineering change notice (ECN) and Material Review Board (MRB) activities.
- Participate in Level 1 MDWT meetings.
- Support business process reviews and documentation updates.
- Support Quality Assurance in Product Sell Off reviews with customers.
- Experience in Production Support and Production Engineering.
- Demonstrated engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of MRP fundamentals and experience with SAP (or similar ERP software).
- Experience in preparing operational documentation and manufacturing data-packs.
- Problem-solving experience (8D, A3, Root Cause Analysis etc.).

As part of the Operations Engineering Team, the Production Engineer is the recognized point of contact for resolving issues in the production environment.
This role will fit within the Production Integrated Project Team (IPT) with the aim to improve yield and cycle time while meeting delivery milestones, directly impacting customers.
