So, what will you be doing?

As an Administrator, you will be an important member of the team, contributing effectively to ensure the smooth running of each department.

You will maintain accurate records and databases, providing reports and information where required.


Customer service plays a key part within this role and you will work closely with internal and external customers, building relationships, collaborating to solve problems.


What do you need to have?
You will have demonstrable experience in a similar role, with a focus on establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships


You will also have:

  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office, Outlook and MS Teams;
  • A proactive and motivated approach, passionate about finding better ways of working;
  • A confident communicator, able to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
  • The ability to work in a team and build strong, working relationships, understanding that working together achieves more;
  • The ability to prioritise workloads by providing a timely and proficient response to incoming communication, demonstrating professionalism and confidence;
  • Attention to detail.
