- £25,000 - £26,000 Annual salary dependent on experience

  • Monday to Friday 08:30 17:00

The Account Manager Role

  • As Account Manager you will be responsible for handling customers who come from retail showrooms and a mixture of house accounts.
  • The Account Manager will assist customers by determining their product requirements, providing advice and assistance, taking and processing orders, liaising with fabricators and building relationships with new and existing customers.
  • From responding to initial customer enquiries, to the provision of quotes, through to order completion the Account Manager will be involved in every step of the sales process and look to up sell and ensure that customers are aware of all company productsand services at every step.
  • Working closely with the Company Directors and colleagues the Account Manager role requires a personable individual who shares their thoughts and ideas for improvements and who will be welcoming to customers visiting the factory.

The ideal Account Manager

  • SAP experience would be a great benefit
