The Scheduler will play a key role completing administrative tasks, scheduling site visits and coordinating with the client to provide an important link between the team and customers.

Description

The responsibilities for the Scheduler role:

  • Work collaboratively across the business to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are clearly understood, communicated and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that company standards for Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service are maintained in all customer interactions
  • Complete day to day administrative tasks
  • Schedule site visits with engineers

Profile

  • Experience in scheduling / admin / customer service coordination
  • Effective in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Organised
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
