Description
The responsibilities for the Scheduler role:
- Work collaboratively across the business to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are clearly understood, communicated and responded to in a timely manner.
- Ensure that company standards for Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service are maintained in all customer interactions
- Complete day to day administrative tasks
- Schedule site visits with engineers
Profile
- Experience in scheduling / admin / customer service coordination
- Effective in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Organised
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
