The Role:

  • We are currently have a temporary opportunity for a

Wellbeing Advisor in the
-
Occupational Health and
-
Wellbeing Team. Our team is busy but supportive and we all work on a variety of different areas across Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary and Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service.
  • The work covers all areas of Wellbeing from physical through to emotional and psychological
-
health. Our work involves many different styles, from telephone and face to face service delivery and from 1:1 to lecture theatre size, large group, workshops and presentations. You will need to feel comfortable engaging with key stakeholders, reacting to organisational needs and trends that come from data analysis and feedback.
  • The behaviours and skills you bring to the team are critical and we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate the ability to:
  • work at pace, independently setting timescales and work autonomously;
- work on a variety of projects with a number of different stakeholders;
- show initiative, pre-empting needs of stakeholders and sponsors, sharing ideas and communications with the wider team;
- engage with and maintain relationships with stakeholders across partners;
- reflect on own performance and adjust behaviours and approach accordingly;
- work as a team - sharing knowledge, skills and actively engaging in team activities and discussion.

  • Please note this role will normally be focused at home and in the Annexe in our Eastleigh offices, but you will be required to work throughout the County and outside of normal office hours
