Role - Customer Service Representative

Location - Newcastle upon Tyne (Lemington)

Salary:
£22,672 per annum with an excellent bonus (OTE £26,000pa)

Hybrid Working - 2 days from home one week, and 3 days in the office, and the next week 3 days from home, and 2 days in office

Netwirking Recruitment are working together with an award winning Financial Technology firm, based in Newcastle upon Tyne who are looking for a motivated, keen and driven individuals to join them.

Key to your success in this role is to deliver efficient customer service and administration support and excellent to internal colleagues and their clients.

This role would suit someone currently working in a Customer Service Role / Client Focused, Administration role or someone who has an interest in finance looking to get their foot in the door.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Ensuring engagement and support with existing clients is maintained
Welcoming new clients
Account management for existing clients
Regular reengagement calls with clients
Providing ongoing training on companies bespoke technology
Coordinating appointments for clients who require financial advice
Working closely with inhouse financial advisers
Supporting the wider team, including the management team

Required skills and experience;

Has previous customer service experience
Can provide a fantastic level of customer service and willing to go 'the extra mile' to support valued customers
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
Is well organised and able to prioritise workload
Has a positive approach to their work
Is comfortable working towards individual and team targets
