Description

Duties:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
  • Analyse customer needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Upsell products or services to increase revenue
  • Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of phone etiquette throughout interactions

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is advantageous
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
  • Familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,731.56 per year
