Description
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Analyse customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette throughout interactions
Experience:
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is advantageous
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
- Familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
From £25,731.56 per year
