The Role We are delighted to confirm that we are currently recruiting 2 new Service Planners to join our Fortem Lambeth branch based in Lambeth. The office is a around a 10 minute walk from Vauxhall station and 20 minutes from Waterloo.

The Project Our Service Planners work together to plan and schedule jobs for a team of trades people, to deliver excellent customer service and maximise efficiency and productivity of the team. This will be allocating work across the Lambeth Borough.

You will need to be pro-active and organised to ensure all works are allocated and completed within the given timescales, and all customers are satisfied with the service provided.

Essential And Desirable Criteria Essential Criteria:

Excellent planning skills
Ability to engage people and build strong working relationships with trades, colleagues, client and managers
Proven experience in managing telephone enquiries from field based colleagues /customer enquiries

Desired Criteria:

Previous customer service or call centre experience
Experience in social housing repairs and maintenance
Trade experience for problem diagnosis
