Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for an
Carpenter / Wet Trade Multi Trade Op on a
full time, permanent basis at our at our Old Oak in
West London.

In return you will receive a competitive salary of
£35,105 per annum.

About the Carpenter / Wet Trade Multi Trade Op
role:

As an
Carpenter / Wet Trade Multi Trade Op you will assist with the Maintenance Operations in the smooth delivery of a quality customer focused service.

The successful applicant would be skilled to a multi trade level to assist the 'RightFirst Time' culture we promise our clients.

You should also be capable of promoting the PGM Brand.

You will be required to work on an annualized hours contract. This allows the organisation increased flexibility in matching working time to service requirements. The introduction of annualised hours is aimed at providing cover for employee absence and peakperiods on a flexible basis.

What we're looking for in our Carpenter / Wet Trade Multi Trade Op:

Experience within the maintenance environment
Experience in plumbing or other multi building trades. This includes tiling, carpentry, decorating, electrical, plastering etc.
The ability to manage Impress stock within van to minimise non working time
Excellent ability to operate a PDA devise and update works status's and image upload
Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Basic understanding of schedule of rates
The ability to communicate with management
Knowledge of the London Area

Essential

Site Operative CSCS card
Asbestos Awareness Training
Trade City & Guilds/ NQV qualification (Or relevant experience with strong references)
Full UK driving License
Multi Trade Discipline
This role will require a Basic DBS check, a driver's licence and access to a vehicle._
