- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial objectives, industry dynamics, and risk profiles.
- Structure credit facilities and negotiate terms and conditions in accordance with established risk policies and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for understanding the financial goals and challenges of corporate clients, structuring financial products and services, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality banking services.
- Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to clients, helping them optimise their capital structure, manage liquidity, and mitigate financial risks.
- Role reports into the department Head.
Key Qualifications / Experience - A deep understanding of financial markets and risk management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- A client portfolio of companies within real estate, biotech and cyber security industries.
- Prior experience of working within a European Investment Bank advantageous.
- Located in the UK.
