Job Title: Marketing Executive

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum + bonus

Employment: Full-time, hybrid model with 2 days in the office

Location: Guildford, Surrey

The Job:

We're on the lookout for a versatile Marketing Executive with a flair for either content creation, digital performance, or both If you're driven by eCommerce marketing and are keen to contribute to planning, implementation, and optimisation of campaigns across the UK and Europe, we want to hear from you.

We're supporting the UK's top air treatment supplier for their recruitment. They've seen impressive growth in the B2C market lately and have expanded into Europe. Located in Guildford, they embrace a hybrid work model. Their team is vibrant and full of energy, feeling more like a family that often comes together for social events. They're also big on learning and development, ensuring their team keeps growing and evolving.

Your Role:

Depending on your strengths and inclinations:

Content:

Planning and executing campaigns across diverse platforms including email, social media, eCommerce, exhibitions, and PR.
Managing campaigns on price comparison websites.
Crafting engaging articles for our brand blog.
Analysing and reporting on campaign performance.

Digital & Performance:

Spearheading website conversion rate optimisation, focusing on UI and UX.
Managing affiliate programs and nurturing partnerships.
Collaborating with agencies for SEO and PPC activities.
Diving deep into performance analytics and generating insightful reports.

Requirements:

3-5 Years in a similar marketing role
D2C / ecom experience
Skills in writing, branding, socials, email, digital and web
German speaking and writing would be a big plus but not essential
Exhibit creativity and the ability to think outside the box
Leadership qualities coupled with a good work ethic and time management.
Fun, friendly,team-player, kindness and empathy.
