We are currently working with a public sector body who are one of the largest employers in the Manchester area, who are looking to appoint a
HR Business Partneron a full time
permanent basis.


This is a
hybrid position(2/3 days working from home) and the salary banding is
£47,573 - £49,590(dependent on experience).


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Providing strategic and operational HR support to a specific department, totaling approx. 1,500 employees
  • Offering coaching and guidance to leadership on effective people management activities, ensuring adherence to employment law when enforcing HR policies
  • Demonstrating a hands on approach on dealing with complex ER casework, harmonization of T&Cs, TUPE, leadership development and performance management

Experience / knowledge required:


  • Employment law and legislation
  • Delivery of HR and OD policy and pracice
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Handling complex ER casework

  • 35 hours pw
  • Flexible working (office open from 8.00am 7.00pm)
