Facilities Manager
Birmingham - Midlands
£35,000 - £38,000
Mainstay are working with a leading FM service Provider who are looking for a Facilities Manager for one of their contracts in the midlands.
What are your responsibilities:
- As the Facilities Manager you will be covering one large site in the city centre and then one small site close by. In addition to the site's in Birmingham you will also cover a site in Dudley
- Covering a TFM contract which includes a small team of Multi skilled engineers such as Mechanical Engineers and Electrical Engineers along with administrators/ coordinator's
- You will be managing the teams performance with Holiday and sickness
- Ensuring the Health & safety and the Compliance across all the sites
- Over see all the KPI's and SLA's and deal with escalations
- Day to day interaction with the client to ensure they are happy through regular meetings
What do you need?
- Previous experience within a similar role is essential
- Qualifications within the Built Environment a huge advantage and IOSH or NEBOSH desirable
- Experience working within Facilities sector with healthcare background
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a good eye for detail
- Strong management skills
