2nd Line Support Engineer - Hybrid working - Salary of 27k
We are working with one of our clients, based here in the North East, who are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team
Key skills:
- Experience of working on server projects
- Minimum of three years in technical support
- Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- Microsoft Office 365 & SharePoint
Main responsibilities:
- Provide remote & onsite technical support
- Ensure all support tickets are logged in their CRM system with regular progress notes
- Keep the customer regularly updated with issue resolution progress
- Work in collaboration with colleagues on major incident recovery
- Share technical knowledge and contribute articles to the knowledge Base
- Complete research, testing, and development on imminent technologies
- Project Delivery
- Solution Design
