2nd Line Support Engineer - Hybrid working - Salary of 27k
We are working with one of our clients, based here in the North East, who are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team

Key skills:

Experience of working on server projects
Minimum of three years in technical support

Technical experience required;

Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems
Active Directory and Group Policy
Microsoft Office 365 & SharePoint

Main responsibilities:

Provide remote & onsite technical support
Ensure all support tickets are logged in their CRM system with regular progress notes
Keep the customer regularly updated with issue resolution progress
Work in collaboration with colleagues on major incident recovery
Share technical knowledge and contribute articles to the knowledge Base
Complete research, testing, and development on imminent technologies
