Are you an immediately available HR Advisor, looking for a new temporary role working in the non-profit sector?

This national medical membership organisation looks after hospital, mental health, community and ambulance services treating patients and service users. They support their members to ensure they deliver high-quality, patient-focused care.


The organisation is located close to Victoria station, offering hybrid working to all staff (2-days a week in the office).

You will part of a small HR team where you will provide HR generalist support to the organisation over the next 3-months, with the possibility of extension.

The HR Advisor role paying £20.

61 basic per hour will support in a wide range of HR duties which include:


  • Managing low level employee relation cases.
  • Supporting with the updating of HR policies.
  • Advising managers on daily HR issues.
  • Working with hiring managers on recruitment.
  • Helping implement the new HR system.
  • Supporting on HR projects.


This a great role for an experienced HR Advisor who is confident at making an immediate impact and enjoys a busy HR role.

It would be beneficial to have stakeholder experience and be process driven.

As you will be supporting with the day-to-day HR duties, you will need to be able to build good relationships with all areas of the organisation.

The interview process will involve both a short virtual interview along with a face-to-face interview at their offices.
