    Associate Director- Contract Division- Technology Focus

    Salary up to £95k + Commission + First Year Guarantee + Equity

    London (hybrid)

    I am currently looking for a 360 Senior Contract Recruiter who would relish the opportunity in building, establishing and growing a Contract division for one of my Technology focussed clients.

    This is a warm already established Technology market. They are hiring this role because the company have warm and established relationships with senior technology clients on the permanent side, so would like an experienced consultant to manage these existing relationships relationships and grow the market further in contract.

    The Role:

    You will be handling the entire recruitment life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. You will also be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes and having a "never die" attitude. This includes:

    • Candidate & Client identification and interviews
    • Due to the nature of senior technology space there will be a large emphasis on creating long term relationships with both client and candidate
    • Working on a retained basis and at times contingent
    • Advising and feeding back to candidates
    • In person meetings
    • Attending events
    • New business development
    • Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these
    • Lead generation through relationship building
    • Growing a team in future
    • Communicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity for

    What we are looking for:

    This is an opportunity for an experienced technology recruitment consultant with 5 years or more experience. The ideal person will:

    • Have experience in communicating with people in a professional setting
    • Ideally you will have 4+ years or more of technology recruitment experience (Open to background).
    • Driven and motivated to work in a fast paced environment
    • You want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture lead and values every single member of the team
    • Have excellent communication and level of professionalism
    • You would like to be an individual billing consultant, or grow a team in future (if you wish)
