    Description
    Chaumet represents the excellence of the Parisian jewellery since 1780.

    Currently in transformation and anchored in modernity, Chaumet has a strong growth in sales within the LVMH group.

    In this dynamic and challenging growth context, we are looking for a Sales Advisor (M/F) for a permanent contract, who will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the Maison.

    Discover the client and adapt the sales offer according to their profile.
    Contribute to the commercial development of the boutique:
    Achieve individual and collective commercial objectives contributing to the boutique's commercial success.
    Actively participate in the development of the client database by creating, consulting and updating client files.

    Work on building customer loyalty with targeted actions in line with the various events and activations organized by the company.

    Participate in regular briefs and actively exchange with colleagues regarding key news for the life of the boutique.

    Acquire the basics of stock, Visual Merchandising, CRM, training and after-sales service in the Chaumet way to be able to support the boutique in all these areas.

    Receive after-sales service clients and manage basic requests.
    2-4 years of experience in a sales role in the luxury goods and jewellery sector.
    ~ Commercial spirit, a taste for challenge and a passion for Retail.
    ~ A strong interest in jewellery and Chaumet.
    ~ Fluency in English, a rare language is a plus.
