Description

Due to continued growth my client who is a leader within the Ventilation sector are looking for a Technical Service/Aftersales Advisor to join their lively & expanding organisation that offers excellent product and company training and realistic career prospects for development.


The position will involve offering aftersales support in assisting with installation of the product and other after sales support activities such as fault finding & commissioning.

The position will involve working in the office and also within the Workshop.


The main purpose of the position is to offer excellent after-sales service and technical support by providing timely and accurate technical advice to customers.


  • Maintaining detailed knowledge of the Company's products.
  • Identifying potential warranty claims and reporting details to the Technical Manager.
  • Fault finding and repairs
  • Ensuring good relationships with customers
  • Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs to plant (Customer Site Visits will be expected use of Company Vehicle provided)
  • Responsible for test & inspection of all incoming Air Handling Equipment prior to booking into Warehouse/Dispatch to Customer
  • Ensure good quality workmanship which upholds company standards, complies with building codes, and follows safety requirements
  • Work alone to find and present faults and concerns without receiving explicit direction
  • Attend and resolve any reactive tasking as directed by line management
  • Ensure acceptable standards of productivity and workmanship are maintained in the execution of work
  • Ensuring the recording of all procedures when completed are posted through the appropriate, equipment, systems, and documentation as required by the Company Management System
  • Work as part of a team to deliver an efficient and effective service to the client, customer, and stakeholders
  • Reporting any customer concerns and identifying any trends in calls to the Technical Manager.
  • Full (UK) Valid driving license (essential)
  • Somebody who wants to work in a very positive office in a Service/Support role
  • Able to manage a challenging and varied workload whilst assisting team members when required
  • Desirable not essential Experience with C&G in heating, Ventilation, and Refrigeration
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical products
  • Desirable not essential experience in service and maintenance indeally within the Building Services Sector
  • HVAC

Salary:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
