    Job Title: Technical Operations Manager

    Location: Newcastle office, with hybrid working flexibility

    Salary: Up to circa £60,000 depending on skills and experience.

    We operate out of three offices, Berkshire, Newcastle & Belfast, and have 150 employees across Cybit. We have great relationships with our vendors, and we're a Microsoft Gold Partner, AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, Qlik Elite Partner, Alteryx Premier Partner, Palo Alto Platinum Innovator, F5 Gold Partner, and more

    What you'll do

    As a Technical Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient support of our client base. This role will predominantly involve live service but will include crossover between the delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition between delivery and support.

    You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of escalated technical resolution within the 2nd Line and 3rd Line Support team. Whilst this role is a leadership position, the Technical Operations Manager will require a strong IT background to support their team.

    We're looking for someone with

    • Exposure to leading teams.
    • Experience of working within IT support environment
    • Experience in supporting Windows based workloads
    • Experience in Microsoft 365, Mail, OneDrive. SharePoint and Teams
    • Experience in supporting Cloud based solutions such as Azure and AWS
    • Broad Networking skills
    • Understanding of disaster recovery & backup operations
    • Experience in leading meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Understanding of ITIL methodologies.
