Frenkel Topping is an independent financial adviser specialising in providing advice and expert services to those seeking damages for personal injury and medical negligence.

For more than 30 years we have worked with people who've suffered life-changing injury or illness and are trying to rebuild their lives in the most challenging of circumstances.

Often after an injury, a person is unable to work and it can be some time until a case is settled, leaving them financially vulnerable for potentially long periods of time.

We are seeking to recruit a confident Credit Controller to join our Finance & Accounts team.


Purpose of the role:

Undertaking credit control for debtor book.


Key Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for all billing and credit control queries
  • Build healthy working relationships with our customers
  • Track case progress in order to pass referrals to other parts of the business to increase future revenues

Person Specification

Experience

  • Previous credit control experience
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office software products including Word, Outlook & Excel

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to develop strong business relationships
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Personal Qualities

  • Display selfmotivation, drive and enthusiasm.
  • Comfortable with senior stakeholders
  • Takes pride in own work.

Education and Training

  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent).
