    Description

    Salary range: £36,400 to £44,500 plus performance related bonus


    Exciting opportunities await in Nottingham as we prepare to open a new store this summer, offering customers a cutting-edge digital experience and showcasing the connectivity of our products for the better.


    We are in search of an exceptional Store Leader to lead and develop a fantastic team. Your role will involve fostering integrity, trust, and delivering a personal, simple, and outstanding customer experience in every interaction.



    What you'll do:
    • Lead the in-store team and collaborate with the regional team to ensure a harmonious business operation across customer, People, Finance & Trade, and Operations
    • Create a top-notch customer experience
    • Foster a positive colleague experience, enhance team capabilities, and drive the transformation of EE into a full-fledged digital retailer focused on connectivity
    • Drive change and actively participate in the Regional Leadership Team
    • Contribute to sustainable business growth by effectively managing time to achieve customer and commercial KPIs while upholding store operational excellence


    You'll definitely:
    • Display a proven record of inspiring leadership in a large/high-profile store with diverse experiences and backgrounds
    • Demonstrate a history of leading large teams in a customer-facing environment to deliver exceptional service and commercial outcomes
    • Possess a growth mindset and showcase a culture of continuous improvement
    • Have exceptional coaching and development skills
