    Senior HR Advisor (Food Manufacturing)

    Location: Park Royal, London

    Employment Type: Full time

    Salary: Up to £45,000

    The Job

    ·You'll be the Senior HR Advisor in a dynamic and evolving food manufacturing company.

    ·Overseeing all HR functions and managing HR systems.

    ·Providing expert HR advice and support to management and employees, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

    ·Developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's growth and employee satisfaction.

    About You

    ·You've got experience working in small to medium-sized manufacturing environments, preferably in the food industry.

    ·You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and enjoy taking on challenges that require strategic thinking and effective problem-solving.

    ·You're able to commute to the site, which is in Park Royal.
